We had a great stay at Nawee Guesthouse. the room was super clean and quiet, and it was cleaned every day. the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to assist us in any way possible. the AC and bed were great, and the room also had a big fridge and kettle. We loved the strict shoes-off policy, and the big shared balcony was a nice addition. the location was quiet and convenient, although having a motorcycle was necessary. Luckily, the guesthouse has motorcycles for rent, and they are in great condition. the owner's motorcycle collection in his showroom-like garage was impressive. it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for the price. Cons: Almost perfect 😊.

The owner, Bill, was incredibly helpful and even gave me a ride back to the pier when I checked out. They also offered free tea, coffee, and water refills downstairs. The location was convenient, with a short walk to local restaurants and a 711. great value for money and I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Owners were amazing, always ready to help and even dropped me at the pier. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Central location with great recommendations. Comfy bed and free amenities.

The rooms at Nawee Guesthouse Sairee are fantastic! They are clean and cozy, with a modern touch. I loved the tile/marble floors and the refreshing air conditioning. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of biking. Plus, the free WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay. And let's not forget the private bathroom with a luxurious shower and complimentary toiletries – absolute bliss!
Personally, I found the cable TV in the twin room a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked having a fridge/freezer in the room, perfect for keeping my bottled water cold. The complimentary water refills and tea/coffee at the reception were also a nice touch. The owner was very helpful in providing advice on things to do in the area, and even helped me book a snorkel tour. Additionally, the owner generously offered to give me a ride back to the pier when I checked out.
The location was a bit of a downside, as it was a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the central part of the beach. This might be an inconvenience for those who don't have a bike.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the hospitality of the owner at this guesthouse. He was always there to help with anything we needed, and the snacks and free coffee and tea at the front of the house were a nice touch. Another great aspect was the motorcycle hire service. the bike we rented was in excellent condition, and we didn't have to leave a deposit or passport.
One drawback was the uphill walk to the hotel. Although it was only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach, it could be a bit tiring to walk back up the hill.

The owner is incredibly nice, offering quick check-in and motorbike rentals. Great value and has everything you need. the owner even went the extra mile by giving my husband a ride and getting me a birthday gift. the location is close enough to walk or scooter to the main center of Sairee beach. Plenty of parking available. Communal kitchen with tea, coffee, sink, microwave, and kettle. My room had a kettle and fridge. the owner was always helpful and I got my laundry done here at great value. Would definitely stay again.
Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

Super clean and quiet with great AC and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to all the bars and restaurants on the beach. Free bananas, tea, coffee, and water available all day was a nice touch. The host was friendly and helpful, even sorting out our transportation to the next destination. We enjoyed walking to various sights, like view points and beaches, without having to rent a scooter.
The mattresses were a bit hard and the AC didn't work well, it was either too cold or not cold enough. It would have been better if there was a small table or wardrobe to put our bags on.
